I’ve always been a bit of an old soul who never quite fit the mold. It wasn’t until I stopped resisting the way I’m built — and learned to steward my natural design with care — that things really started to take off. But it didn’t start easy or breezy.

For years, I was really good at looking like I had it all together — like I was checking all the boxes — all while being deeply out of integrity with my soul’s code (a.k.a. who I truly am and how I’m meant to contribute).

I secured sparkly six-figure jobs on Wall Street and at top management consulting firms. I spent years building tech sales organizations at hyper-growth startups. I served as the lead ghostwriter and Head of Learning & Development for several well-known thought leaders in the personal and professional development space — and even designed learning experiences for business professors at Harvard Business School Online.

But it took being laid off three times — and walking away from a relationship I thought would be my forever — to finally heed the call of the pathless path I’d been avoiding.

So who am I now?

I’m a transformational coach, podcaster, and touring musician.

What lights me up most is supporting heart-centered visionaries, leaders, and radiant humans as they go all in on their calling — refusing to settle in their work, their relationships, or their becoming.
